Patsy Holden is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.
She specializes in working with adults who are dealing with issues related to depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief and aging, as well as any other related life issues. Patsy’s therapeutic approach focuses on teaching skills to help people learn how to cope with life’s demands so patients can once again find joy in life, finding hope in their circumstances and the days ahead.
