Meet Heidi Kleeman
MA, NCC, LPC-S
Heidi Kleeman, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, primarily uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems theory, and parent effectiveness training with families, adolescent, and adult patients. For young children, Heidi prefers to use play therapy. It is her goal to help individuals and families identify their treatment needs and to encourage them to identify how they can meet those needs, develop new coping skills, and begin making lasting changes in their lives.
Helping adolescents and their families are at the heart of Heidi’s interest. She also works with individuals and couples facing a variety of issues, including anger management, anxiety, low self-esteem, lesbian issues, parenting skills, divorce, grief, and depression.
Heidi approaches all patients as unique and strives to help them feel relaxed and confident so that they can change. She enjoys working with people, regardless of their issues, and believes everyone has the power to shape their own future into whatever they desire.
